So as you can tell, we’ve made some updates to the site. One of which is the philanthropy/donation tab. This is something that we have been wanting to do for a while and the earthquake in Haiti sort of got us jump started.

Every term (fall, spring, summer) we will be picking a new humanitarian organization to promote. Martin and I both believe that it is a necessity that we all make ourselves aware of the happenings and suffering of the world. It is one thing to poke fun at it (as we tend to do), but it is another to poke fun and do nothing to help.

We hope that the readers will also see the inherent good of helping others more than yourself and practice this in their own lives (whether by donating on this site or helping anywhere else in their daily lives).

By checking out the philanthropy tab, you can donate directly to the Haitian relief effort via Samaritan’s Purse. So don’t worry, we’re not pocketing it or putting it in the help Martin and Darby fund! lol

Heyoh Everybody!

Because of getting computer stuff fixed, it will have been a month since the last comic. But don’t worry! This Thursday a new comic will be up for your eyes to love! In fact… it will be very very EPIC!

Also, we will be updating now only once a week and on every Thursday. Here are some reasons for this:

1. We do full color comics and that takes time.

2. I am not a very good artist, so it takes me a long time to draw stuff.

3. I also procrastinate… a lot.

4. The less work I have to do… the more I will get done… or the lazier I will become.

So here’s the deal. This week is finals week and I am a procrastinator. So that means I am now scrambling to get all of my final papers done. Because of this there will be no comic up until monday (12/14/09). I am so sorry!

Hey, so here’s some news… Im Stupid!

I forgot that this is Thanksgiving break week! I wont hardly even be around a computer with internet to update the site!

Hey-oh! You may have noticed that there have been no comics up this week. Well… there are a few reasons for that.

1. I have had a crazy couple of weeks and am behind on getting comics done. (frankly, I’m impressed that there have been six on time updates in a row anyway!)

2. The new update schedule will be moving from Sunday and Wednesday to Monday and Thursday. This will make it easier for me to get update out on time and, as I can see from my new super advanced website statistics machine, people don’t really look at this stuff on the weekends anyway!

So, sorry about this week, but check back on Monday for another new comic surprise!
